    Shen Hongbing and Hu Zhibin's research group applied large-scale whole-genome sequencing (WGS) technology to NSCLC's genome-wide association research for the first time, which not only built a high-quality haplotype reference library specific to the Chinese group, but also newly discovered multiple common and low-frequency susceptibility variations associated with NSCLC.





    The study successfully applied whole genome sequencing to lung cancer genomics research, systematically discovered common/low-frequency susceptibility variants and rare pathogenic variants of lung cancer, provided new ideas for comprehensively revealing the genetic patterns of lung cancer, and also provided a large number of candidate variants
