In order to further promote the business exchanges of project topics, strengthen the condensing of scientific research and innovation achievements, and speed up the output of landmark achievements, recently, the national key research and development plan "Blue Granary Technology Innovation" hosted by the South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Fisheries "High-quality bioprocessing new technology and product development" project, successively held a series of mid-term progress exchange meetings in Ocean University of China, Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Processes, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jinan University, Jiangsu University and other subject undertaking units
During the exchange, the project subject, sub subject and task leader combined with their respective scientific research tasks to create key technologies for special enzymes for aquatic product processing, special enzyme catalysis technology and product development for aquatic product processing, and aquatic product fermentation process control technology and products.
The project leader and researcher Li Laihao, deputy director of the Institute of South China Sea, affirmed the phased results achieved by the project, and pointed out that through the joint efforts of the sub-projects of the project, the overall research progress and implementation of the project have reached the phased goals.
