In order to effectively implement the policy after adjustment of the management responsibilities of the forest frog, and to solve the problems and worries of frog farmers as soon as possible, the Bureau of Fisheries and Fisheries Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs went to Tonghua City, Jilin City, Baishan City and Yabuli City, Heilongjiang in September last year and April this year respectively.

On March 30, the "Notice" clearly stipulated that special (franchised) fishing management should be implemented for the capture of forest frogs, and special (franchised) fishing licenses should be issued

According to the relevant person in charge of the Fisheries and Fisheries Administration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the "Notice" on March 30 clarified the certificates and management requirements for engaging in the business and utilization of forest frogs, solved the legal source of the multiplication of forest frogs, and protected frog farmers.
