The Telecommunications and Postal Service Agency (EKIP), Montenegro's telecommunications regulator, has launched a public tender to grant technology-neutral licenses
for wireless frequencies in the 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2GHz and 2.
6GHz bands for mobile phone services.

The tender is scheduled to take place from 1 to 24 December 2021 and the concession is valid until 1 September 2031
