Mitsui Chemicals has developed an environmentally friendly Milastomer thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) that uses recycled polyolefins as the main compone.

This thermoplastic vulcanizate builds on the materials science capabilities of the Mitsui Chemicals Group (MCI Group), utilizing quality control and other technologies developed through the production of compoun.

Milastomer is currently used primarily in automotive (door trims, weatherstrips, fenders), building and construction (building gaskets and drain hoses/fittings), and in everyday items such as toothbrush handl.

According to reports, Milastomer is a flexible plastic with various hardness grad.

MCI Group manufactures Milastomer's main components - EPDM and polyolefin - in-house, and can formulate as requir.

High-quality recycled materials are essential to ensure that the properties of the Eco-Series always meet certain standar.
