The North Boiler Substation of Oil Refinery has been put into operation for about 30 years.

He took the initiative to contact the water operation department and the instrument control and measurement department to find out the operation of these load-distributing equipment, analyze and study the plan to optimize the load to the nearby 4# atmospheric and vacuum substation, and obtain the branch and After the workshop's approval, it began to make optimization preparations.

The load is transferred from the North Boiler Substation to the 4# Atmospheric and Vacuum Substation.

After sufficient preparations, with the cooperation of the water operation department, the operators in the first electrical workshop completed the power outage, disconnection, wiring and power transmission of the 2 condensate pumps in only half a day, and successfully completed the power supply of the 2 condensate pumps.

Beginning in April, the North Boiler Substation implemented power outages and returned transportation.
