According to statistics, as of the end of 2020, there were 1,645 accidental wells to be repaired in the Zhongyuan Oilfield, losing 44.
It is understood that there are currently two problems in the process of unblocking and salvaging workovers in oilfields: First, the current minor repair operations equipment and pipe string have a small lifting load, and the capacity for unblocking is limited, which cannot meet the needs of large-load unblocking, leading to major repairs.
For this reason, starting from 2010, Zhongyuan Oilfield began to study the jam release mechanism, focusing on the analysis of the impact factors of the shock force, the optimization design of the shock pipe string, the optimization of construction parameters, and the evaluation of technical adaptability.
Since 2021, the jam-relieving technology has been applied 19 times in the wellbore productivity recovery overhaul project in the old area of Dongpu, the matching of the same well injection-production project in the North China Oilfield, and the plugging of old wells in gas storage
According to reports, at present, due to the construction of gas storage capacity, the operation and construction team is relatively tight.
