At the end of October, Sinopec's mixed-ownership economic demonstration project—Shandong Keluer Chemical Co.

Keluer Company is a mixed-ownership enterprise established by Qilu Petrochemical and China Wanda Co.

The company is located in Dongying Port Economic Development Zone, one of the national petrochemical industrial zones

The first phase of the project was put into operation in December 2014.

The completion and commissioning of the second phase of the project has doubled the production capacity of Keluer, effectively diluted indicators such as energy consumption and material consumption per ton of product, further improved resource utilization, and further enhanced efficiency, risk resistance and market competitiveness.
