In order to stabilize prices ,Kazakhstan has banned the export of large and small livestock to foreign countries for half a year ; it also imposed a similar ban on the export of potatoes and carrots to foreign countries for three months
.

"In order to stabilize the prices of the main food products that society needs, including beef, mutton, potatoes and carrots, the export of large and small livestock, potatoes and carrots to foreign countries has been banned for 6 months, and potatoes and carrots for 3 months," the notification said
