On December 22, there was news from the State Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company that the Shanxi Electric Power Trading Center reached a deal to deliver electricity to Shanghai in January 2022, with 84 million kilowatt-hours of electricity and 300,000 kilowatts of electricity

Since 2021, in order to tap the market space outside the province and take advantage of the Yanhuai DC UHV interconnected large power grid, the State Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company pays attention to the power supply and demand of relevant provinces and cities in East China, and expands the market outside the province based on the power balance of the whole province

The Yanhuai UHV DC Transmission Project is one of the 12 key transmission channels in the National Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan.

In order to ensure the delivery of the Shanghai transaction, and strive to expand the scale of delivery during the heavy load period in winter, Shanxi Electric Power Trading Center has negotiated with Shanghai Electric Power Trading Center many times, striving to meet the expectations of both power generators and purchasers, and put the transaction time at the bottom of 22 o'clock.
