The US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) released the latest colorectal cancer screening guidelines in JAMA.
As the incidence of colorectal cancer is getting younger, the USPSTF combined with multiple investigations and studies, and pointed out in the guidelines that age is one of the most important risk factors for the onset of colorectal cancer, and the incidence rate increases with age.
In the latest guidelines, the USPSTF recommends two screening methods, fecal testing and visual testing, and gives the frequency of screening, among which:
Stool tests include high-sensitivity guaiac test (High-sensitivity gFOBT), immunochemical test (Faecal Immunochemical Test, FIT), and stool DNA immunochemical test (sDNA-FIT);
Visual inspection includes colonoscopy, CT colonography, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and sigmoidoscopy combined with FIT.
The frequency of each screening method is as follows:

At present, the trend of rejuvenation of diseases seems to be more and more obvious.
