Pernisson is a common drug for the treatment of severe muscle weakness (MG), but after the patient's condition is under control, its reduction plan has not been fully validated.

In this study, a multi-center, parallel, single-blind randomized trial compared the effectiveness of two pernisone reduction regimens with the participation of adult patients with moderate to severe MG, where the standard slow-reducing options were as follows: the dose of pernisone therapy was first slowly increased to 1.5 mg/kg every 1 day.
