Fentanyl and Atropine are drugs used for analgesic and pretreatment during anaesthetic induction, respectivelyThe purpose of this study was to observe the effects of atropine used in pretreatment on coughing during the use of fentanyl during anesthesia inductionthis is a single-blind, forward-looking, multi-arm, parallel, randomized clinical trial of 120 patients between the ages of 3 and 15The patients were randomly divided into three groups: control group (Group C), Atropine group (Group A) and Lidocain group (Group L)results showed that the incidence of cough in Group C was 45% (n - 16), Group A was 16% (n s 6), and Group L was 16% (n s 6) (P - 0.009)There were 2 moderate coughs in Group A and 2 moderate coughs in Group L, and the other cases in these groups were mild coughsIn Group C, 7 cases were mild cough, 6 cases were moderate cough and 2 cases were severe coughs, the results show that pre-use of atropine can inhibit the incidence and severity of coughcause of fentanyl during the whole hemp induction processWe believe that, because of the anti-toxic prosthesis effect of atropine, it is like Lidocaine, is an effective pre-drug
