Tumor microenvironment is highly correlated with tumor occurrence, progression and prognosisThe purpose of this study was to explore the expression and immuno-immersion patterns of immune-related genes (IRG) in the microenvironment of low-grade glioma (LGG) tumorswe used expression data (ESTIMATE) algorithms to estimate matrix cells and immune cells in malignant tumor tissue to calculate immune and matrix scores based on the cancer genome map data set and determine the prognosis of IRGThe potential molecular function of these genes was explored with the help of functional enrichment analysis and protein-protein interaction networksIt is worth noting that the prognostic value of these genes was further validated by the three queue analyses downloaded from the Chinese glioma genome map databaseIn addition, the abundance of immersion immune cells was estimated by the tumor IMmune estimation resource (TIMER) algorithm, and the immune immersion mode of LGG was exploredUnsupervised clustering analysis determined the clustering of three immuno-immersion patterns and showed that CD8-T cells and macrophages were significantly correlated with LGG resultsoverall, our study identified a range of prognostic IRG, providing a perspective on LGG's immuno-immersion model
