Huntsman completes its acquisition of Icynene-Lapolla On February 20, Huntsman announced that it had completed its acquisition

of Icynene-Lapolla Corporation.
Icynene-Lapolla is a North American manufacturer and distributor
of spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation for residential and commercial use.
Huntsman acquired the business for $350 million from a subsidiary of FFL Partners, LLC, a transaction likely to be subject to customary settlement adjustments and an all-cash transaction
provided by available liquidity.

The combination of Icynene-Lapolla and Demilec, the SPF business acquired by Huntsman in 2018, will create a world-leading supplier
of insulating spray foam products for commercial and residential insulation.
The acquisition will further strengthen Huntsman's leadership in energy-efficient insulation technologies and product portfolios, provide customers with best-in-class products, and leverage an extensive international network of companies to accelerate the globalization of
SPF business.
