On December 5, the 1.
7 million tons of residual oil hydrogenation liquid turbine technology jointly researched and developed by Changling Refining and Leo Group passed the expert acceptance organized by the National Energy Administration in Xiangtan, Hunan Province, ending the history of
China's long-term dependence on imports.
Since the technology was put into use on the 1.
7 million tons of residue hydrogenation unit of Changling Refinery, it has completed 4,500 hours of smooth operation
.
The monitoring results show that about 600 kWh of electricity can be saved per hour, and the vibration value and noise of the equipment are lower than the control standards
of similar equipment.
The overall technology has reached the international advanced level, and some indicators are better than imported products, fully meeting the production design requirements of
device energy recovery.
Energy recovery hydraulic turbine technology is mainly used in high-pressure refining and chemical equipment such as hydrogenation, which can better recover the potential energy generated by high pressure in the production system and greatly save production electricity
.
Although there have been some small-scale research and application of similar technologies in China in recent years, high-power technologies above 500 kilowatts have been monopolized
by a few countries such as Japan and the United States.
In 2011, Changling Refinery's 1.
7 million tons of residual oil hydrogenation plant introduced the hydraulic turbine technology and facilities of Ebara Corporation of Japan, and in less than a year of operation cycle, equipment failures occurred frequently, it was difficult to maintain smooth operation, and it was forced to stop operation for nearly a year
.
Changling Refining and Chemical has contacted relevant domestic technical research institutions and manufacturing parties, and after in-depth understanding, it finally reached a technical cooperation research agreement with Leo Group, which has strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities, and jointly launched the localization development of
this technology.
In the process of research and development, the scientific and technological personnel of Changling Refining and Leo Group demonstrated the relevant production process and equipment operation characteristics, contacted experts from China Machinery Federation and petrochemical enterprises, analyzed and verified a large amount of on-site data collected and measured, and invited the National Industrial Pump Supervision and Inspection Center to test the technology, which was put into industrial operation
on June 1 this year.
At present, the technology has been accepted by the State Intellectual Property Office for four patent applications
