The FC-52 hydrocracking catalyst for prolific chemical raw materials researched and developed by Sinopec Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute recently passed the technical review organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Sinopec in Beijing, and experts built the next step to carry out the industrial application test
of FC-52 catalyst.
The catalyst has the characteristics of smooth and open pore structure of the catalyst, moderate interaction between metal and support, reasonable matching of hydrogenation activity center and cracking activity center, etc.
, which is suitable for high-quality chemical raw materials such as high-yield high aromatic latent heavy naphtha and low BMCI value hydrogenation tail oil, and also produces high-quality 3# jet fuel and China V.

Under the same process conditions, compared with the reference catalyst, the heavy naphtha selectivity and aromatic potential of FC-52 catalyst were significantly improved.
The quality of hydrocracking tail oil has also improved
dramatically.
In addition, the bulk density of the FC-52 catalyst is reduced by nearly 10%, which can significantly reduce
the cost of catalyst use.
Hydrocracking technology can directly convert all kinds of heavy and inferior feed materials into high-quality jet fuel, diesel, lubricating oil base materials and chemical naphtha and tail oil steam cracking raw materials for ethylene production that are urgently needed in the market, which is an important production technology
for domestic reforming and ethylene raw materials.
