passed the technical appraisal
organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Sinopec in Nanjing.
The appraisal opinion shows that the complete set of technology has the advantages of high denitrification rate and short process, and the overall technology has reached the international advanced level

Coal-fired boilers are the largest source of nitrogen oxide emissions from refining and chemical enterprises, and the NOx emitted by Sinopec coal-fired boilers accounts for 60%~70%
of its total NOx emissions.
Flue gas denitration technology of coal-fired boilers is one of the major technologies that Sinopec has not mastered in the field of flue gas treatment, and the development of boiler flue gas denitration technology with independent intellectual property rights is of great
significance to solving the common NOx pollution problem and achieving sustainable development of Sinopec.
The project has developed a complete set of coal-fired boiler flue gas low nitrogen combustion + ammonia selective catalytic reduction (NH3-SCR) denitration complete set of technology, the main innovation points are: independently developed FN-2G honeycomb denitration catalyst suitable for boiler flue gas denitrification, established a flow field simulation calculation model, developed boiler flue gas SCR reactor, ammonia spray components and other key equipment and patented internal components

At present, the project has applied for 10 invention patents, of which 4 have been authorized and have independent intellectual property rights

This project is one of the sub-projects of
waste gas treatment technology of chemical plants in Sinopec's "Ten Dragons" research project.
