For a long time, domestic soluble polystyrene-butadiene rubber lacked supporting application technology, and domestic tire companies relied heavily on imports, resulting in high
costs 。 Through the microstructure analysis of domestic soluble styrene-butadiene rubber and its formula and process optimization research, the project took the lead in the domestic tire industry to develop a green tire tread rubber formula with independent intellectual property rights and a complete set of low-temperature continuous mixing process and equipment, overcome the application and processing technical problems of domestic styrene-butadiene rubber in tire manufacturing, and the wet slip resistance and rolling resistance of green tires developed by this technology reached the B and C levels of the EU fuel labeling law respectively, driving a significant price reduction in imported styrene-butadiene rubber
