    The successful
    preparation of ultra-large size perovskite single crystals by the research team of Liu Shengzhong, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Shaanxi Normal University, recently used the temperature warming crystallization method to prepare single crystal perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 crystals with a size of more than 2 inches, thus completing a new revolution
    for polycrystalline perovskite-based
    devices.
    This is the world's first super-large perovskite single crystal with a size of more than 0.
    5 inches, which is expected to promote a new round of revolution
    in optoelectronic devices.
