of scientific and technological achievements of titanium nano polymer alloy coating project in Beijing.
The appraisal committee gave the following conclusion: the product has independent intellectual property rights, high scientific and technological content, and the overall technical level has reached the leading
position in China.
The core technology of the project is to use ultrasound-assisted solid-liquid reaction ball milling process to introduce ultra-fine metal titanium into the polymer structure, and use nano-alumina to modify fluorinated polyaryletherketone to produce polymer alloy coatings
through the blending ball milling process.
The coating has been tested by the National Coating Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and all technical indicators are in line with enterprise standards
