Covestro acquires the remaining stake in Japan Fine Coatings Co.

On January 18, Covestro announced that it had acquired the remaining 30% stake of JSR Co.
, Ltd.
in the joint venture Nippon Fine Coatings Co.
, Ltd.
through a purchase price of about 4 million ~ 6 million euros (about 43 million yuan), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Covestro.
