the project task statement.
After the implementation of technical transformation, the diaphragm production capacity has reached 700,000 square meters, and the performance of nanofiltration membrane elements produced has reached the leading level
in China.
According to the relevant person in charge, the preparation and application technology project of organic/electrodeless hybrid flat plate nanofiltration membrane focuses on overcoming the key technologies
of organic/electrodeless hybrid flat plate nanofiltration membrane preparation technology, large-scale preparation of flat plate nanofiltration membrane, and large-scale (above 4040 specifications) components of flat plate nanofiltration membrane.
Combined with the application research and engineering demonstration of nanofiltration membranes, this project uses the hybrid modified interface polymerization polyamide functional layer of inorganic nanoparticles to solve the problems of small flux and easy contamination of traditional non-hybrid plate type interface polymeramides nanofiltration membranes, and at the same time improve the flux and retention rate
