    Progress has been made in the research of carbon nanotube fiber materials

    Recently, the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology has made significant progress in the continuous preparation and performance optimization of carbon nanotube fibers, and the prepared fibers not only have high strength, good toughness, but also outstanding electrical properties, and the relevant results have been published in internationally renowned academic journals

    Since its discovery, carbon nanotubes have been recognized as the strongest, most rigid and toughest molecules that people can make, the best molecular conductors of heat and electricity, and have broad application prospects
    in many fields such as field-effect transistors, transparent electrodes, nanostructures and functional composites, lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, etc.
    However, in order to better realize the excellent properties and many practical applications of carbon nanotubes, carbon nanotubes must be assembled into macroscopic materials, such as fibers
