Huntsman Announces Acquisition of Icynene-Lapolla On December 5, Huntsman announced that it has agreed to acquire Icynene-Lapolla

, a North American manufacturer and distributor of residential and commercial spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation systems from a subsidiary of FFL Partners, LLC.

Icynene-Lapolla, with annual revenues of approximately $230 million, has 2 manufacturing facilities
in Houston, Texas and Mississauga, Ontario.
Under the terms of the agreement, Huntsman will pay $350 million, which will be funded by available liquidity, with customary closing adjustments
in the form of an all-cash transaction.
The transaction is expected to close
in the first half of 2020.
