The European Union plans to add 22 new restrictions on hair dye substances

A few days ago, the World Trade Organization (WTO) received a notification from the European Union that based on the advice provided by the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS), Annex III of the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 will add 22 new restrictions on hair dye substances, and restrict these substances by stipulating strict conditions of use and mandatory warnings in Annex III (such as "for professional use only
