Norion acquires the Polish fertilizer company

Recently, Nouryon announced that it has reached a definitive agreement
to acquire the Polish company ADOB Fertilizer.

ADOB is a leading supplier
of chelated micronutrient fertilizers, foliar fertilizers and other specialty fertilizers.
The acquisition will enable Nourion to expand its product portfolio and broaden its product range
for its customers in the crop nutrition market.

Headquartered in Poland, ADOB has been providing professional solutions
for agricultural and horticultural crops for many years.
According to Nollyon, ADOB's high focus on technology and innovation, especially on biodegradable trace element fertilizers, high-solubility specialty fertilizers and customized formulations, is an excellent complement
to Nourion's existing agricultural solutions.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2022, subject to the necessary approvals and agreed closing conditions
