    Shandong Yanggu Huatai Chemical Co.
    , Ltd.
National Rubber Additives Engineering Technology Research Center has overcame the three major problems of low purity of clean process production accelerator M, low liquid-liquid extraction yield, and difficulty in recycling all organic solvents, and built the world's first 10,000-ton accelerator M cleaning process production line, which is now in normal production
    .

It is understood that accelerator M is the largest variety of rubber vulcanization accelerator, and the acid-base production technology commonly used in China has problems such as
high consumption of raw materials for the refining process and serious environmental pollution.
The production of 1 ton of accelerator M by this process produces up to 20 tons of wastewater, of which sodium sulfate is about 600 kg and COD is more than
    4000 mg / l.
At the same time, the existing accelerator M production process also has the problem of waste gas and waste residue emissions, the waste gas is mainly H2S, and the waste residue is mainly a by-product in the synthesis process, and the by-products account for about
15% of the total amount of synthetics.
The clean production technology of accelerator M has also become a hot spot and difficulty in technology development in the rubber additives industry in recent years
    .

The 10,000-ton solvent accelerator M clean production project to overcome the problem of "three wastes" of accelerator M in one fell swoop was jointly completed by Yanggu Huatai and the National Engineering Research Center of Rubber Additives, and was successfully industrialized
in Dongying Derik New Materials Co.
    , Ltd.
, a subsidiary of Yanggu Huatai.

The accelerator M cleaning process adopts the solvent method, and uses organic solvents to replace the original alkali soluble, acid precipitation and other processes
    .
The original production of 1 ton accelerator M required more than 20 tons of dilute lye, dilute sulfuric acid and process water, but now it has become no use of water-carrying solvents
    .
Without water, no wastewater will naturally be generated, and the goal of
source treatment will be truly achieved.
Based on the domestic annual output of 200,000 tons of accelerator M, if it is promoted in the whole industry, it can reduce the annual amount of wastewater generated by 4 million tons, reduce the discharge of inorganic salts (sodium sulfate) by more than 100,000 tons, reduce COD emissions by 800 tons, and achieve comprehensive utilization of
    waste residue and waste gas.
