Recently, MLF all-dry baffle bed active calcium-based desulfurization technology developed by Jiangsu Minglang Environmental Technology Co.
, Ltd.
has been successfully applied to coke oven dry quenching coke emission flue gas treatment, opening up a new process route
for flue gas desulfurization in the coal coking industry.

Two sets of dry-quenching coke dispersion gas desulfurization and dust removal devices built in Qian'an Jiujiang Coking, Hebei Province using this technology have been in stable operation for 5 months
.
Third-party test results showed that the sulfur dioxide in the treated flue gas was less than 50mg/Nm3
.
After the device desulfurizer is filled, sulfur dioxide can be controlled below 15mg/Nm3, which is far better than the emission target
stipulated by the state.
