From SeafoodSource on April 15th, the Irish Food Authority’s China office is working with Chinese “celebrity chefs” to incorporate Irish seafood into local cuisine in eastern and southwestern China

Bord Bia, the Irish Food Authority, together with New Oriental Cooking School and the "Celebrity Chef" app, launched an Irish food promotion campaign, inviting chefs to show how to cook dishes such as Irish zodiac crab, Dublin bay prawns, Irish conch and more
