"Financial Tribune" reported on July 24 that the Iranian Ministry of Agriculture released data showing that the country exported 16 million tons of agricultural products in the first quarter of the Iranian calendar (March 21 to June 21) , with an amount of 1 billion US dollars, quantity and amount The year-on-year decrease was 153% and 125% respective.
The main agricultural exports are watermelons, tomatoes, pistachios, apples and potato.
During this period, Iran imported 57 million tons of agricultural products with an amount of US$7 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 162% and 02% respective.
The main imported agricultural products are corn, wheat, rice, soybeans,e.
