With the continuous development of the Dongsheng Gas Field, the pressure of gas wells has dropped, and the liquid carrying capacity has decreased, so it is urgent to add foam discharge agents to assist liquid discharge

At present, the main body of the gas field adopts downhole choke and low-pressure gas gathering technology, single wells are connected to the station in series, and the corresponding in-station dosing pipelines are not matched.
The main reliance is on wellhead manual filling and automatic dosing devices to fill bubble discharge agents

However, manual dosing has problems such as high construction cost, difficulty, low efficiency, and low accuracy.
In order to solve this bottleneck problem, the North China Institute of Engineering, based on the downhole choke well effusion diagnosis model and automatic filling, integrated and independently formed the "effusion diagnosis + automatic filling" intelligent bubble drainage technology
Through the integrated remote control system and fluid accumulation diagnosis software, according to the actual fluid accumulation situation of the gas well diagnosed, the wellhead intelligent dosing device is used to inject the bubble discharge agent into the tubing or oil jacket annulus of the gas well in real time, on a regular basis, and in real time.
At present, this technology has the advantages of early warning of abnormal gas wells, diagnosis of quantitative fluid accumulation, and timely and accurate dosing of medicines, which effectively assists long-term stable production of downhole choke gas wells
