High temperature and humidity are the "standards" in summer.
In this issue, the editor will share with you the influence of temperature and humidity on the generator and its components, as well as the summer maintenance tips for the gas generator.
The air compressor is one of the core components of the gas generator
When the ambient temperature is higher than the set maximum operating ambient temperature (usually 35°C), it will affect the compression ratio of the air compressor, and the gas production will decrease accordingly
In addition to temperature, the humidity of the air also affects the air compressor
- Ensure that the laboratory ventilator, air conditioner and other equipment are operating normally, so that the ambient temperature does not exceed 35°C (the maximum temperature is recommended to be lower than 30°C during operation);
- Dehumidify the laboratory to keep the relative humidity below 60%;
- Check the intake/exhaust pipeline daily for moisture, foreign matter and discoloration;
- Check whether the instrument drains normally every week, and clean the drain regularly;
- The high temperature and humid environment in summer provides good breeding conditions for molds.
Therefore, for the hydrogen generator, it is recommended to replace the ultrapure water in the water supply container every two weeks, check whether the water inlet pipe is under the liquid level of the water dissolver every day, and check the water container.
And whether there is discoloration and microorganisms in the water inlet pipeline
.
Thunderstorms often occur in hot summer.
It is also very important to take safety precautions for the laboratory during thunderstorms.
In order to avoid safety and property damage, it is recommended that you:
It is also very important to take safety precautions for the laboratory during thunderstorms.
In order to avoid safety and property damage, it is recommended that you:
- Before the thunderstorm season arrives, do a good job of waterproof inspection of laboratory and circuit equipment;
- Check whether the laboratory equipment is well grounded;
- Close the doors and windows of the laboratory to prevent accidents caused by rainwater leakage;
- If equipment failure is found, report for repair in time
