    JAKARTA, Nov.
2 -- Indonesia may allow copper concentrate exports
under certain conditions after 2017, an official from Indonesia's Ministry of Industry said on Wednesday.

Under existing regulations, copper concentrate producers were only allowed to export semi-processed metals
    until 2017.

I Gusti Putu Suryawirawan, director general of the Ministry of Metal Industry under Indonesia's Ministry of Industry, said the government is currently considering extending deadlines, setting quotas and export duties to give producers an incentive
to build smelters in the country.
