India's Sterlite Power announced that it has received a $47 million order from South Korea's GS Group for the supply of carbon fiber composite conductors (ACCCs).
India's Streeter Power has received the largest order for ACCC conductors in South Asia
The ACCC conductor will be used in a 169km new 400 kV transmission line
from Bangladesh Power Grid.
Manish Agarwal, CEO of the Stritt Power Solutions business, said: "This is the largest global order
ever for ACCC conductors in South Asia.
We expect to double our order volume
by focusing on the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) and other countries.

Streeter Power is a developer of power transmission infrastructure with projects totaling more than 10,000 circuit kilometers and 15,000 megavolt-amperes
in India and Brazil.
