Six operating procedures of boiling dryer: 1.
Inspection before the equipment starts: Check whether the transmission part of the equipment can run smoothly and whether there are foreign objects interfering with the operation of

Check each steam valve for damage, internal leakage! 2.
Bed-making: Before the equipment runs, it is necessary to lay dry salt of not less than 20cm on the aperture plate in the wind chamber, and the thickness of the salt layer is required to be uniform and flat

Equipment (warm bed) start-up: (1) first open the heat exchanger steam in and out of the valve, steam intake valve to open slowly, open the discharge steam condensate valve, so that the condensate can be discharged smoothly; (2) The equipment distribution cabinet is connected to the power supply and press the fan and blower buttons
in turn.
Wait for the internal heating of the equipment and monitor the operation of each equipment; (3) When the temperature rises to about 150 °C, turn on the feeding motor and start feeding

Then turn on the discharge motor! When adding materials, it must be smooth and continuous, and avoid more or less! It is strictly forbidden to interfere with the operation of the crusher with foreign objects when the feeding motor is running

Stop: Notify the front process before the boiling dryer is stopped, stop the discharge, close the feeding motor after adding no material in the hopper, and continue to dry the materials in the equipment! (1) If the equipment is running continuously, the materials in the equipment do not need to be cleared, and the steam intake valve, blower, induced fan, and discharge motor can be closed after the material is dried; (2) If the equipment is not running for a long time, the material in the equipment must be cleared clean, and after the material is dried, close the steam valve, open the tie plate below the outlet, and then close the blower, the induced fan, and the discharge motor after the material in the equipment is cleared! During the operation of the equipment, pay close attention to the operation of each transmission part, as well as the boiling state
of the material in the wind chamber.
