On July 4, the Food and Drug Administration issued a notice on matters related to the implementation of the "Implementation Measures for the Early Resolution Mechanism for Drug Patent Disputes (Trial)"

The notice requires that from now on, the registration platform for patent information on listed drugs in China will be officially launched
