IFF (formerly DuPont Nutrition & Biotechnology) recently announced the launch of POWERFresh and POWERSoft enzymes in China

According to reports, these products belong to the Danisco range of food ingredient solutions, which are now part of the IFF product portfolio

To create the extremely soft and moist sweet bakery products consumers crave, IFF is adding this new line of anti-aging amylase products to its existing line of freshness solutions in China

"More and more Chinese consumers are demanding baked goods that are not only delicious, but also soft and have good texture and crumb, as well as long shelf-life quality," said Lai See, Commercial Director, Food Enzymes, IFF Asia Pacific.
