Recently, Hunan Haili Chemical Pesticide Co.

The announcement stated that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningxia Haili will be the main body of implementation, investing in the construction of a series of products such as 4,000 tons/year carbaryl and 5,000 tons/year thiophanate-methyl, as well as supporting 30,000 tons/year phosgene construction projects.
