According to the detailed rules, if the park has one of the following seven conditions, it will not be recognized:

There is no establishment document approved by the people's government or department at or above the city or state level

2.
Failing to carry out planning environmental impact assessment, overall safety risk assessment, planning water resources demonstration in accordance with the law, or failing to pass the review of relevant departments

3.
The site shall be located in areas and areas such as earthquake faults, geological disaster-prone areas, ecological protection red lines, permanent basic farmland, nature reserves, drinking water source protection areas and other environmentally sensitive areas

4.
Build or expand chemical parks and chemical projects within one kilometer of the main and tributaries of the Yangtze River and the shorelines of important lakes

5.
The safety protection distance outside the chemical park does not meet the standard requirements
.

6.
The internal layout of the chemical park is unreasonable, and there are major risks superimposed and out of control
.

7.
The chemical industry park is not equipped with professional centralized chemical wastewater treatment facilities (independent construction or relying on key enterprises) and supporting pipe network
