    Recently, in order to accelerate the prevention and control of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pollution and effectively improve the quality of the air environment, Hubei Province formulated and implemented the "Three-year Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Volatile Organic Compounds" (hereinafter referred to as the "plan").
