The company has improved the foam spraying equipment, and currently can spray 6-8 kg of rigid polyurethane foam per minute to meet the spraying needs
of rigid polyurethane foam of LBA foaming agent.
The equipment realizes the three-phase uniform mixing of black material, LBA and white material, which is ready to use immediately to ensure the excellent performance
of LBA combined polyether.
In recent years, Huachuang Polyurethane has cooperated with Nanjing Forestry University to undertake the ODS alternative polyurethane spraying demonstration project of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the "supercritical CO2 auxiliary water foam rigid polyurethane foam spraying equipment and application technology" developed has filled the gap
at home and abroad.

equipment.
