Company's epoxy resin flame retardant pre-immersion material passed the EU EN45545-2 R1 test, reaching the highest flame retardant grade HL3
. The epoxy pre-immersion material uses a halogen-free flame retardant solution that can be fully cured in 150 degrees C in 10 minutes, and is suitable for structural components that require Tg to be within 120-140 degrees C. It has a long service life at room temperature (60 days at 21-23 degrees C) and can be frozen for up to 18 months at -18 degrees C

EU EN45545-2/R1/HL3 is the most stringent flame retardant level
in rail traffic fire protection standards, including the detection of flame propagation of flame retardant materials, heat release rate, smoke density, smoke toxicity four major indicators.
