How much do you know about the use of peristaltic pumps? A peristaltic pump consists of three parts: the driver, the pump head and the hose
.
The fluid is isolated in the pump tube, the pump tube can be quickly replaced, the fluid is reversible, it can run dry, and the maintenance cost is low.
These characteristics constitute the main competitive advantages of peristaltic pumps
.
So, what should be paid attention to in use? Let’s find out with me below
.
(1) Check the peristaltic pump, piping and joints for looseness
.
Turn the peristaltic pump by hand to see if the peristaltic pump is flexible
.
(2) Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time
.
(3) Unscrew the water diversion plug of the peristaltic pump body, and pour water (or slurry)
.
(4) Close the gate valve and outlet pressure gauge and vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline
.
(5) Jog the motor to see if the motor rotation is correct
.
(6) Start the motor.
When the peristaltic pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and vacuum pump.
After it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time
.
(7) Try to control the flow rate and head of the peristaltic pump within the range indicated on the sign to ensure that the peristaltic pump runs at the point in order to obtain a large energy-saving effect
.
(8) During the operation of the peristaltic pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the high temperature should not exceed 80C
.
(9) If abnormal sound is found in the peristaltic pump, stop immediately to check the cause
.
(10) When the peristaltic pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor
.
(11) In the first month of operation, the peristaltic pump should replace the lubricating oil after 100 hours, and then change the oil once every 500 hours
.
(12) Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping condition in the packing chamber is normal (it is advisable to leak out in drops)
.
(13) Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time when the wear is large
.
(14) When the peristaltic pump is used in cold winter, after stopping, the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body should be unscrewed to drain the medium
.
Prevent freeze cracking
.
(15) If the peristaltic pump is out of use for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, dry the water, coat the rotating parts and joints with grease, and store them properly
.
The above is an introduction to the precautions for the use of peristaltic pumps.
I believe that everyone has a corresponding understanding of this after reading it.
You can use it as a reference and hope to be helpful to you
