Polyurethane specialist Hennecke Group recently announced a branding initiative called "Hennecke 0" to unify the company's branches and its recent acquisitio.
The new brand identity of the Hennecke Group consists of two aspects:
- Combining the product portfolio of the three brands Hennecke Polyurethane Technology, HENNECKE-OMS and Hennecke Rollforming Technology;
- Consolidate a global network of production sites, sales and service offices, offering products and services from a multi-brand portfolio to the local mark.
The division within the group responsible for the product portfolio of a single brand will continue to operate the bra.
"As part of the Hennecke 0 project, we will restructure Hennecke to make the company more efficient in the future," said CEO Thomas Wil.
Head office processes will now be decentralised to four 'centres of excellence', all of which will focus on the group's core strengt.
- The development, planning and manufacture of all high pressure and low pressure polyurethane machines and all available mixing head systems will be centralized at the German headquarters in .
- The factory in Milan, Italy, focuses on comprehensive system solutions for the continuous production of sandwich pane.
- The plant in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, will be responsible for tank technology for the Henneck Group's portfolio of business.
- The Hennecke Group companies in Jiaxing and Shanghai, China specialize in the development and production of Hennecke Group "dry part.
The company says the benefits to customers include shortened lead times for standardized products, separate metering machines, and the ability to process a complete and complex portfolio of polyurethanes from a single source materi.
To assist with the transition, the Hennecke Business System (HBS) has been rolled out globally at management levels across the Hennecke Gro.
