On an online shopping website, the reporter found that the product called "Aloe Runchangtong" was dubbed "Constipation, Colon Cleansing, and Defecation Artifact".

At noon on March 15, the reporter rushed to Henan Huirentang Biotechnology Co.

Can solid drinks be used as medicine? In early January 2022, the State Administration for Market Regulation issued the "Announcement on Strengthening the Quality and Safety Supervision of Solid Beverages".

The concept of solid beverages in the national standard GB/T 29602-2013 is: powders, granules or blocks processed with food raw materials, food additives, etc.

According to the reporter's understanding, Article 17 of the "Advertising Law" stipulates that, except for advertisements of medical treatment, medicines and medical devices, any other advertisements involving the function of disease treatment are prohibited, and medical terms or commodities that are easy to be sold, medicines and medical devices shall not be used.
