Heilongjiang: The first oil products train to export to Mongolia started

According to the Central Radio and Television Corporation's Voice of China's "News Progress" report, at 12:24 on August 20, 48,003 freight trains carrying 38 vehicles and 2,000 tons of diesel fuel departed from Heilongjiang Daqingdong Railway Station, all the way to the Erlian (Jing) Station in Inner Mongolia, and after exiting through the port station, went straight to Zamenwude
, Mongolia.
This is the first time that China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co.
, Ltd.
has started a direct oil production train
from Heilongjiang Province to Mongolia.

In June, when the staff of the Daqing Depot of Harbin Bureau Group Company visited PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company, they learned that the company had the intention of opening a railway direct to Mongolia to
transport refined oil products.
The staff immediately contacted the freight department of Harbin Bureau Group Company and the Foreign Affairs Office to understand the relevant policies, determine the transportation plan, and work with Daqing Petrochemical to dock with customs and other departments, and soon finalize
the transportation project.

On August 18, the refined oil products were officially loaded

Harbin Bureau Group Company meticulously organized, overcame the shortage of empty tankers and other difficulties, from the stations in the tube to Daqing East Station in a timely manner to assemble road tankers, to meet the needs
of enterprises to use vehicles.
Daqing Depot organized professionals to strictly control all key operational links to ensure the absolute safety
of the transportation of the first export refined oil train.
In order to improve the efficiency of customs clearance at the port, the customs department is also coordinated to go directly to the loading site to handle the customs clearance procedures for diesel cargo quality certification, so as to ensure that diesel transportation can be quickly cleared after arriving at the Erlian (border) port station and directly bound for Zhamenude Station
in Mongolia.

It is reported that after the first batch of export refined oil trains are loaded, the second and third batches of export refined oil trains are also in the planning and preparation, and it is expected that by the beginning of next month, the total amount of diesel exported to Mongolia through the Harbin Bureau Group Company will reach 95 cars and 5,000 tons
