At the meeting, the common problems of violations of laws and regulations existing in the third-party platform of online catering services were reported, and each platform was required to carry out in-depth self-examination and self-correction in view of the existing problems of unlicensed operation and over-range operation of some online catering service providers, serious inconsistencies between online public information and actual information, poor health conditions, food processing and food delivery violations of food safety regulations, starting from "implementing the filing system, assuming the main responsibility, standardizing business behavior, and investigating and handling violations", and completing rectification work

as weak awareness of laws and regulations, weak awareness of the main responsibility of food safety, lax audit and control, non-implementation of rules and regulations, and irregular internal management 。 Each platform should adhere to the problem-oriented approach and conscientiously carry out rectification: First, implement the responsibility of review, ensure that the qualifications of the catering service providers entering the network are qualified, and sign food safety agreements with the catering service providers on the network; The second is to implement the responsibility of publicity to ensure that the information of the food business license (approval certificate) is true and accurate, timely and clear and verifiable; The third is to implement the responsibility of supervision to ensure that online and offline meal services are of the same standard and homogeneity; The fourth is to implement the responsibility of distribution, strengthen the food safety training and management of food delivery personnel, strictly screen and supervise the entrusted food delivery units, and ensure that the food in the distribution link is not contaminated; Fifth, implement the responsibility of rights protection, timely handle complaints and reports, and ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of consumers are protected; Sixth, implement management responsibilities and ensure that there are specialized agencies and full-time management personnel for food safety; Seventh, implement the responsibility of sampling and monitoring, promptly stop and immediately report the illegal conduct of online catering service providers, and where serious illegal acts are discovered, they shall immediately stop providing online trading platform services
