For coal mines that meet the conditions for increasing production capacity, go through the formalities for increasing production capacity in accordance with regulations

Strengthen the supervision of full coverage of thermal coal medium and long-term contracts, and urge power generation and heating enterprises to strictly implement the national requirements for increasing thermal coal inventory to ensure that thermal coal inventory is maintained within a reasonable range

Strengthen demand-side management, improve the emergency peak shaving list, strictly implement the national gas storage capacity building requirements, accelerate the construction of Xintian Caofeidian LNG receiving station and external pipeline projects, and effectively ensure gas demand for production and living
