At the time of customs clearance, within the single and annual transaction limit of cross-border e-commerce retail imported goods, the tariff rate is temporarily set to 0%, and the import value-added tax and consumption tax are temporarily levied at 70% of the legal tax payable

In order to further reduce the price of cross-border e-commerce retail imported drugs, Henan is accelerating the construction of the Zhengzhou drug import port function, gradually applying for the import filing function of medicinal materials and biological products, and promoting the use of international highways, China-Europe trains and other different transportation methods to import drugs

It is reported that the pilot period of Henan cross-border e-commerce imported drugs and medical devices is three years, and the pilot imported drugs and medical device products are divided into four batches and stages: domestic non-prescription drugs are on the market, but they are not on the positive list of cross-border e-commerce.
There are 13 products in the first phase of the batch, which are mainly overseas care products commonly purchased by consumers; non-prescription drugs that are not listed in the country and are listed overseas; overseas prescription drugs that have been listed in the country; and they are issued to medical institutions in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
